Bill Semeraro
Director of Sales - Equipment
Bill Semeraro is a hospitality and foodservice executive with nearly three decades of experience leading operations, developing teams, and driving performance across complex, multi-unit organizations. Known for his operator-first mindset, Bill brings a practical, execution-driven approach to leadership alignment, operational strategy, and scalable growth. Over the course of his career, he has led more than 25 restaurant openings across multiple states.
Before joining ZCS Distribution, Bill spent nearly 18 years with Lifestyle Communities, serving the last 10 years as Vice President of Hospitality. During his tenure, he played a key role in building the vertically integrated hospitality brands Goat and Morning Ritual and in leading large, multi-brand teams across multiple markets. He partnered closely with ownership and executive leadership to strengthen operational discipline, elevate the guest experience, and support the platform’s long-term growth and maturity. Under his leadership, the hospitality division grew from under $1 million in annual revenue to more than $30 million, expanded into five states, and reached a team of approximately 600 employees.
Earlier in his career, Bill spent 12 years with Hoggy’s Barbecue Restaurants, advancing through every level of the organization—from frontline roles to kitchen manager, general manager, regional leadership, and ultimately partner. That hands-on foundation continues to inform his practical, people-first leadership style.
At ZCS Distribution, Bill serves as Director of Sales, Equipment & Retail Division, working alongside internal teams and clients to support operational execution, leadership development, and growth across the foodservice ecosystem. His focus is on helping operators translate vision into disciplined, repeatable results.
