Meet the ZCS Distribution Team

John has worked his entire life in the distribution environment and specialized in wholesale distribution primarily in the foodservice industry. He graduated from Ohio Northern University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. John began his career by joining the family business out of college at Scotsman Mid-Ohio where he started out on the ground level working with service and installation. From there he developed into more a management role and eventually took over daily operation of the business. Running a small business has allowed him to learn every aspect of the business from sales to purchasing and from marketing to payables. In 2023 Scotsman Mid-Ohio was acquired by Zink Foodservice. With the acquisition John joined the distribution division of Zink Family. Today John servers as the General Manager for ZCS Distribution where he leads an incredible team that offers a wide array of products in both foodservice and specialty products. His vision and understanding of the distribution has help drive the success of the division. John residents in Columbus, Ohio with his wife Angie and 3 children, Emma, Kathryn and Sage.
