Meet the ZCS Distribution Team

Karen comes to ZCS Distribution after spending the previous 6 years working intimately with the Wendy’s system—including franchisees, corporate purchasing, engineering, construction, and their authorized dealer network. She has in-depth experience in coordinating equipment installations, service and warranty on a national basis. Her philosophy is to respond with a sense of urgency and always seek a mutually beneficial solution for her clients. Karen graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in Communication. She resides in Avon Lake.
