Meet the ZCS Distribution Team

Melissa started with Scotsman Mid-Ohio back in 2001. Her primary job functions started out processing warranty claims and customer service. She quickly moved into other roles and became the parts coordinator along with as the shipping manager. She was instrumental in at helping grow the parts business at Scotsman Mid-Ohio. She joined the ZCS Distribution team in April 2023 with the acquisition of Scotsman Mid-Ohio. Today she primarily handles warranty claims and processing parts orders. In her spare time Melissa and her husband enjoy riding the motorcycle and spending time on the lake.
