Mike Frantz is the Director of Sales for ZCS Distribution, known for his strong leadership and expertise in sales. Since joining the company in January 2020 as a Filtration Product Specialist, Mike has made a notable impact on the team, delivering solutions that streamline operations and address the specific needs of clients in filtration and beyond. In January 2024, Mike stepped into his current role as Director of Sales for ZCS Distribution, where he now oversees Equipment, Filtration, and Specialty Product sales. His focus is on fostering relationships, expanding ZCS Distribution’s reach, and working closely with his team to meet the unique needs of customers across various industries. Before joining ZCS, Mike gained valuable experience in the fire protection industry as a Regional Sales Manager in Ohio, followed by his role as National Sales Manager for a hood filter manufacturer. His background in sales management and technical expertise enables him to guide his team with practical insights and a commitment to excellence. Mike lives in Northern Ohio with his wife, Diana. Mike’s dedication to both his career and his personal life reflects his commitment to making a meaningful difference in all he does.
