As a leader at ZCS Distribution, Mike is instrumental in driving strategic planning, organizational growth, business development, forecasting, competitive analysis, customer satisfaction, and fostering strong manufacturer relationships. His expertise in product application and technical detail, paired with his in-depth knowledge of equipment use and care, has positioned him as a trusted resource for today’s dynamic commercial kitchen environments. Mike’s commitment to professional development is evident through his Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR) and CSFP Level 3 certifications. He has also served on the MAFSI National Board of Directors since 2008 and the MAFSI National Executive Committee since 2011, leading as MAFSI President in 2013. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University (1984). He resides in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, Tracey, and their three daughters.
